With the help of hand tufted gun which is a hand operated tools that punches strands of wool into a canvas stretched on a frame. The design of the rug was pre drawn on the canvas before the tufting process begins. After the tufting process completes, a scrim fabric is glue on to the back of the rug with latex glue. When dries, the final protective cloth backing is applied. The last steps is to shear the rug or carve out the design allowing the rugs for more textures feels.
